SHCV is a wonderful complex. It very much feels like home. It is quiet, safe, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the office staff is wonderful. It is easily accessible to major highways and downtown Milllburn is a short walk away. Veronica has made the move in process flawless. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns you have. The maintenance staff is great. They take care of repairs very quickly and make sure that the unit is in perfect move in ready condition. I can't say enough good things about living here. I highly recommend living here.

This complex is a good value for the money. We needed someplace convenient to Millburn and Newark International Airport, as one tenant travels back and forth to Colorado frequently. The complex is clean, quiet, and affordable.

We have been here almost a year now ? and we have had a great experience. From the office staff to the maintenance team we have always been treated courteously. They all seem to care that this is where my home is and I want to feel happy here- that kind of understanding shows in their attitudes, assistance, and communications. The property is beautiful, issues are addressed quickly when they come up and responsiveness is very fast as well.

Very pleased with the people who run my complex. They are available 24/7 and take pride in their work. I'm very happy that I chose to live here since I have no complaints regarding issues that were never addressed. When something needs to be fixed, it gets done.

Our move-in experience at Short Hills Club Village has been excellent so far. The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, with a great kitchen and a decent layout for a two-bedroom unit. The area is quiet, safe, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. What truly makes this community stand out, however, is the management. Veronica, the property manager, is outstanding. She is incredibly responsive, professional, and always quick to resolve any issue. Maintenance has also been very fast and reliable.

The proximity to two train stations, the ability to walk to the town center, shopping, parks, and the South Mountain Reservation make this community very desirable. We have a diverse community filled with mutual respect. It's a terrific place to live!

My experience at Short Hills Club Village has been outstanding so far. From the move-in process to maintenance follow-ups, everything has been handled with professionalism and efficiency. The apartments themselves are nice and well maintained. They’re not marketed as luxury units, but they’re spacious (about 900 sq ft for our 2-bedroom), comfortable, and the kitchen in particular is very well done. Some areas could use minor updates, but overall the value for the price is excellent. What truly sold us, though, was the management.

My husband and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the maintenance crew for all of their hard work during the recent snowfalls. The sidewalks and pathways have been cleared so quickly and thoroughly, and the salting to keep everything safe and ice-free has been greatly appreciated. I moved into the complex in 1996. Have made some wonderful friends. And some of the tenants that have moved are still in touch. Veronica is always on top of things and the maintenance crew is great. Jamie is exceptional .

I'm taking this survey for a second time regarding a different issue. Hopefully, if cleaning the pipes in my washer doesn't improve the quality of the machine I am going to request a new one so I can wash my clothes without having to use several rinses to get rid of the soap. Something has to be wrong for this to occur!

Veronica and Lydia are key to keeping the SHCV running effectively and smoothly. Their wonderful personas and incredible attention to detail were vital to achieving my ability to move in successfully. Their oversight of every aspect of the community is vital. They know every resident and their apartments. With respect to maintence, they are also excellent at ensuring communications if there is a glitch. Jamie, Edwin, and Erik manage maintence and assisting residents with everything to from accidentally locking oneself out - to actual maintence of the property and within the residence.

The grounds are well maintained and its very quiet neighborhood. The response to maintenance issues are sufficient. I wish the work out facility was larger and offered more of variety of machines. No worries I attend LA fitness for extensive workout.
