I'm giving 5 stars. As a former resident. A valuable package of ours was mistakenly mailed to our old address at Highlands Nanuet. My wife called and asked about the package. Michelle called today and they were able to retrieve the package! Just amazing! We can not thank the new residents enough. Extremely honest people. Thank You! Very nice place to live, quiet, lots of people walking dogs. Pool/gym very nice also. Very friendly atmosphere. Garbage and recycling taken 5 days a week and there are areas for garbage and recycling to drop off. Maintenance guys are great, and office staff very accommodating.

We had a great experience living at Highlands Nanuet recently while we renovated a house. The beautiful community, enviable amenities, lovely residents and pet-friendly environment were wonderful and made it feel like home. The maintenance staff was superb - responsive and skilled. The leasing office staff, and in particular our contact Nicole, could not have been more professional, helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to help us find the right unit, settle in and get everything arranged. We are very grateful to everyone for a first-class experience.
