The community is nice and the location is prime as it's close to schools and recreational facilities. The service is not excellent but it's not bad. There are many things that are regularly maintained but there are a couple of things that could be improved.

We had a wonderful experience during the process of finding and moving into our new home. Iris was extremely diligent, professional, clear, and kind throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions and made everything easy to understand. The process was very quick and smooth thanks to her dedication and excellent service. We truly appreciate all her help

Property is fine, but maintenance work can be a bit slow and disorganized. Access is good, easy commute to nyc and the community around isn't terrible. I wish the property has AC. Monthly community events are great too.

Nice clean neighborhood. Good area to live in. Easy commute, public transportation available. Easy access to NYC. Quiet neighborhood. Parks and walking trails nearby. Fire and police department close by.

Too early for a fully honest review, but so far im happy with my apartment, community and leasing agent Iris very helpful. Wish maintenance department could pick up phone and reply emails a little bit more quicker.

I have been living here for about 30 years. It is a safe and pleasant community. We have a nice mix of people getting along pretty well. There is also public transportation available and recreation and shopping close by.
