I don’t have the words to explain how great the moving process was made for me. The property manager Angel made the move in process so was so quick and easy. Angel is kind and compassionate. The apartments are so quiet, you can’t even tell you have neighbors. The construction is all so new and sleek. The appliances are all brand new! I’m looking forward to being a tenant here.

I’ve lived here for awhile now and the building is amazing! Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. Joe and Melissa are both amazing doorman and woman who brighten my day when I see them! Can’t speak highly enough of it, and the maintenance man Antonio is sooo kind, efficient and helpful!

In general, Royal Gardens is a great place to live! But I am writing to emphasize the reliability of Kyle, the community’s Super. His ability to maintain a true “whistle-while-you-work” demeanor is admirable. Each time we’ve needed his assistance, it’s felt like we were his only job for the day, and the quality of his work is second to none.

I’m overdue to leave this review, but I just have to leave some praise for the Management Team and the AMAZING men they have working here taking care of everything! I have lived here for several years, and have seen the change between one management group and the other- The mentionable difference is applaudable! The Team: Maya, Jose, Rafael and Orlando have never cared more about the grounds and more importantly, the Tenants! I would say consider moving here, not sure about vacancy tho- Barrett Country Club is the place to be. I’m so happy to say I will be here for many years to come.

I had an amazing experience moving into View Point Terrace, all thanks to Rosa! She was incredibly communicative and always kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Rosa was very helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly.

What can say, Rosa is the definition of White Glove customer service. She was AMAZING from beginning to end. With our very first encounter, Rosa was patient, kind and most important knowledge. She provided a very welcoming atmosphere. We love our apartment. Thank you Rosa.
