I moved into Fallbrook Flats in August 2024- the building was ahead of schedule which allowed me to move in earlier than anticipated which was great. The apartment is lovely, the few maintenance requests I’ve had were minor and addressed the same day, and Angel the Property Manager has been exceptional! She is quick to respond to any questions I have and is super pleasant! Would highly recommend FF!

I have been looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Monmouth area for a few weeks when I came across Southbrook gardens in December 2024, Lisa did a great job accommodating my busy schedule and showing me the available units. Eventually after continuing to look around, I made the decision to stay with Southbrook due to the proximity to my job, easy access to the parkway, beaches, malls, restaurants, and value. My renovated unit has shinny hardwood floors, a nice updated kitchen, decent size living room and bedroom.

I was concerned about going to a dental appointment yesterday afternoon because of the snow. After much thought I decided to set out rather than pay a cancellation fee. I must say my fears of navigating the snow were nonexistent as I was able to navigate the development without fear. The maintenance/ removal crew did an impeccable job of maintaining the walkways and providing a safe way for me to get to my car and my appointment as scheduled. Thank you to the many individuals that made this happen.

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now, and I’m really happy with the apartment. The location is super convenient, and the space is perfect for my needs. The appliances are modern, and I love having an in-unit washer/dryer. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it!
