Christopher our tour guide was super professional considering it was his last day at work and I wouldn’t be moving for 2 months. He took his time and showed us all of our options. I left very impressed with the property and the quality of his service. Thanks again Christopher.

Ive lived here for years now and I love it. This year has been really difficult emotionally and financially and management here has been so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. I couldn’t be more thankful to have support from this community. They make it so much more than just living here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and anytime I’ve EVER needed anything, they have been so helpful. If you’re looking for your next home base, definitely check out this community. I lived at Barrett Country Club for over 6 years (and just recently moved out due to change of work) and have only the most positive things to say. The leasing process went very smoothly, both for move in and move out, and Rae in the front office was very prompt and respectful. The maintenance team, consisting of Jose, Rafael, and Jorge, were absolutely amazing! All maintenance issues and repairs were fixed almost immediately, often in less than 24 hours. The guys went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, and they were extremely polite and courteous.

Our experience with Brandy was outstanding. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and was always helpful and responsive. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment exceeded our expectations—spotless and very well maintained. Brandy truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We absolutely recommend her. It was an experience worth repeating

Me agrada mucho el mantenimiento y remodelacion que le han dado al edificio en relación a pintura y otros arreglos más. Los 2 trabajadores de mantenimiento Ivan y Gilberto siempre están disponibles y hacen muy bien el trabajo, son responsables en lo que hacen. Sigan así mejorando la imagen del edificio gracias. También en la oficina de Elizabeth Brandy /Carmen siempre están disponibles a atender bien a los inquilinos que necesitan su servicio.

I’ve been living at Stiles Arms almost 3 years now. And I must say this is a very peaceful and quiet building and always kept clean. Everyone is friendly and helps each other. Good to have a community like this. Brandy has been very helpful to me and they have an excellent maintenance team. Ivan and Gilberto do a really good job. He came to fix my bathroom sink and put everything back after job was completely. The team is such a pleasure to have here.
