Hector and the maintenance manager were very professional, personable and pleasant. They responded quickly to all my requests and recently fixed a minor issue with my newly installed AC unit that was making an unusual clicking sound. Thanks again, guys!!!!! Overall, the Pavilions is a VERY nice community. NO trash or garbage on the compound. Compound is always kept clean. It’s seems to be a very safe community so far. I moved into my unit 4 months ago and I LOVE it so far. Very quiet and nice.

I have been a resident at 50 Watson Ave. Apt #2D for 10+ years and have seen Property Managers / Superintendents come and go. I wanted to send a review to recognize YVONNE and her TEAM, as being the very BEST I’ve experienced ! We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!

I loved living at West Park Manor. It was acquired by JCM Living a few years ago and they maintain it beautifully. The property manager, Lisa, will always return your calls. She is dependable and professional. The Maintenance crew, especially Mark and Tony, respond quickly to your situation, and do the job right the first time. The apartments are lovely and spacious. West Park Manor deserves every one of the five stars.
