Celebrate Living

As there was a major accident which created 7 homeless families who are residents, the staff of the complex and fellow residents all helped those impacted in a timely matter. It is great to see this response from everyone, as it follows the spirt of my volunteer organization Neighbors-helping-Neighbors www.nhnusa,org

I have been a resident at 50 Watson Ave. Apt #2D for 10+ years and have seen Property Managers / Superintendents come and go. I wanted to send a review to recognize YVONNE and her TEAM, as being the very BEST I’ve experienced ! As a Disabled Veteran, and a former “District Property Manager myself, (The Michael’s Organization) I am in a unique and credible position to say this ! Her kind understanding of my issues in paying Rent, and solving Maintenance problems through Lloyd, THERE IS NO ONE BETTER THAN YVONNE!!

We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!

In general, Royal Gardens is a great place to live! But I am writing to emphasize the reliability of Kyle, the community’s Super. His ability to maintain a true “whistle-while-you-work” demeanor is admirable. Each time we’ve needed his assistance, it’s felt like we were his only job for the day, and the quality of his work is second to none.

I moved into Kingston Terrace a few days ago, and my experience has been excellent. The property manager, Elena Spasenko, made the process smooth with her professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication. She explained the moving procedures in advance and was quick to respond to my questions, patiently helping me navigate the neighborhood. Jonathan from maintenance was also skilled and friendly. The place is quiet, with mainly the sound of birds. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice and grateful to the staff for making it a great experience.

I’m overdue to leave this review, but I just have to leave some praise for the Management Team and the AMAZING men they have working here taking care of everything! I have lived here for several years, and have seen the change between one management group and the other- The mentionable difference is applaudable! The Team: Maya, Jose, Rafael and Orlando have never cared more about the grounds and more importantly, the Tenants! I would say consider moving here, not sure about vacancy tho- Barrett Country Club is the place to be. I’m so happy to say I will be here for many years to come.
