Don’t believe the poor reviews that are coming back to back with paragraphs of false news! Rosera Wesmont has been a great place to live and while all new developments experience delays and disturbances we continue to enjoy the community and its events! THE REAL NEWS: Rosera let go one of their employees whom was very upset about being let go. Not only did this person contact us residents speaking negatively of the building and company… they are now spending their days writing paragraphs about why not to move here.

My daughter was looking for an apartment and we randomly found Fallbrook Flats. We stopped in to see if by chance we could see an apartment and Angel was so welcoming and friendly! She was so knowledgeable about the property and gave us a thorough tour. A few months later while on vacation my daughter decided it was time to choose an apartment. Angel couldn’t have been more accommodating! She walked us step by step on the process! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with!!

We like living here. It’s quiet, clean and safe. I appreciate getting things fixed when needed. Some things take longer than expected but overall great place to live obviously we’ve been here 14 years. I do however wish the rent wouldn’t get raised every year.

Would Recommend to Anyone I lived here for for almost two years and have to say it was nothing but the best. The fast response and care for the people was always first in the managements teams mind. The location of the apartments are prime for enjoying the beach, getting onto the highway, and fun for the nightlife with many busy towns near by. If I ever move back to the area I will have West Park first in mind!

Michele is amazing! She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and truly caring and compassionate! She helped me with my apt while I was going through a very difficult time. She walks you through every step and is always there when you have questions. She helps you find solutions and what works best for you! She and the staff at Wyndmoor are very responsive and caring! Highly recommend reaching out to Michele if and when you are in the market to find a new place to live! I cant say thank you enough to Michele and the Wyndmoor staff!
