I really had a great experience with the company as a whole however the property manager/ Elise Parisi” Oh my God, She is like the turbo in a G63 AMG so without the turbo it doesn’t sound right, she made me feel like I was home before the place became my home, very transparent, clear communication and always available when needed I mean she’s indeed one of a kind. Absolutely a seamless experience! I submitted my application and once approved Elise had informed me and walked me through the "next steps" process. She was very receptive, considerate and even spent extra time with me -on the phone to ensure we had selected the right unit for my family. I definitely recommend Ocean Park Village if you are looking for quality caring customer service.

I’ve had a great experience living at Ocean Park Village. The staff has been helpful and responsive whenever anything was needed. Sean from maintenance has been especially professional, friendly, and quick to help with repairs and requests. It’s always appreciated when maintenance is handled efficiently and with a positive attitude. Overall, a great place to live with a team that cares about residents.

Great service , staff , office staff is always on top of things

From the very beginning, Elise from the office was incredibly patient and kind. She was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She walked me through my application process and helped us get our home. I felt seen and understood when speaking to them and I think that is very important when deciding where to live.

We are moving into the new construction houses in the complex. Stacey and Shawn were such a big help to my boyfriend and I. They moved quickly and everything was organized and made sense. Emails were always received quickly. Phone answered everytime. Everything was just so simple and quick. Shawn bent over backwards for me to ensure I could get our place for us on my kids and we are grateful !! Appreciate it!

I have had no complaints living at Ocean Park Village. The manager, Stacey Brassell, is very caring and understanding when it comes to resolving resident issues! She was always willing to work with me with any problems I had. This is the type of management I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. I would refer this apartment complex to anyone new to this area!
