The people in the leasing office have been very friendly and helpful when I have questions. When I first got my lease, the apartment was very clean and ready to be moved into. There were a few things that needed maintenance but they were very small and were resolved quickly.

We had a great experience living at Highlands Nanuet recently while we renovated a house. The beautiful community, enviable amenities, lovely residents and pet-friendly environment were wonderful and made it feel like home. The maintenance staff was superb – responsive and skilled. The leasing office staff, and in particular our contact Nicole, could not have been more professional, helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to help us find the right unit, settle in and get everything arranged. We are very grateful to everyone for a first-class experience.

I have been a resident at 50 Watson Ave. Apt #2D for 10+ years and have seen Property Managers / Superintendents come and go. We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!
