Very clean environment and friendly staff ,looks like a good place to live

By far the best apartment complex I stayed at. Quiet, peaceful and people are respectful there. If i ever wanted to rent an apartment, Colebrook would be my first option! Thank you! It was a pleasure staying there!

This place is great; (and I’m very picky)… easy, friendly, quiet, clean, very well maintained, and very accessible. Management very friendly and efficient…. I’m trying to come up with a complaint, but I can’t think of any! (and I’ve lived a bunch of places)! Maybe a step out patio or balcony would have made perfect. I highly recommend ! I give it a top rating Well done Colebrook! You’re doing everything right!

My son has a nice apartment

I lived there for 10 years and the staff especially Michelle was awesome. I would of stay longer but with the rent increase for a 1 bedroom was getting to high and at my age almost going to be at retirement age i wanted something affordable. My biggest issue is parking. I even had a handicap parking and people would take them especially visitors. Had to walk too far to my place in the snow. New neighbors below me were horrible. Planning on coming back to the area but rent is too outrageous.

Repairs/replacement were done very professionally. Workers were very courteous.

I called the leasing office and the girls there went above and beyond to answer any questions I had! Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful

I was looking for an apartment and spoke with Leslie. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had. She also gave me all the forms I need to be filled out. I would definitely tell everyone who asked to go see leslie and talk to her. Thank you very much. I’m just waiting for everything to come back so I can move in. A++++++++++
