10/10 would recommend There was flooding in my apartment, which was very stressful. We contacted maintenance to report the issue. They were highly responsive and had resolved the problem by the time we got home from work. When we arrived home later that day, we anticipated a mess, but the apartment smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. The maintenance team went the extra mile to wash and fold the soaked mats and returned them to our apartment. This was an extremely stressful event early in the morning. However, the staff was very kind and helped make the experience less stressful.

Though the community and general location are exceptional, my apartment was not move in ready. This is my first week and I already need several things fixed or replaced in the apartment. I would suggest anyone who first move in to be thorough in the intial quality check of the apartment.

We really like the area and school district. Our main issue is that the walls are so thin you can hear every thing the neighbors do. Also the laundry room could use more large machines. Lastly, the rent is too high.

The units are nice and have great appliances, though noise passes through the ceiling/floor pretty easily. There are plenty of dumpsters and recycling bins outside and the area is beautiful and well-maintained. Parking is hit-or-miss for getting into your preferred lot. For a workable price, Wayne Village gave me a spacious, quality apartment and setting. -resident for 3 years

Application process was quick an easy thanks to Rosa, and the Apartment itself is in a great location and good condition. Restaurants/bars and the local train station are close (~5 min walk) but far away enough that there's not a lot of foot traffic and noise. Great prices for spacious units.
