I have been looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Monmouth area for a few weeks when I came across Southbrook gardens in December 2024, Lisa did a great job accommodating my busy schedule and showing me the available units. Eventually after continuing to look around, I made the decision to stay with Southbrook due to the proximity to my job, easy access to the parkway, beaches, malls, restaurants, and value. My renovated unit has shinny hardwood floors, a nice updated kitchen, decent size living room and bedroom.

Thank you so much! Southbrook Gardens Apartments and I will miss the property manager Kia and her staff. You guys consistently provide prompt maintenance services in my apartment. I always receive immediate responses. I have lived in this apartment since 2015, but I have to leave because my family has grown, and I can no longer stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, very safe, and has a clean, central air system, and the service is worth your money. The residents are incredibly welcoming. I was surprised when my neighbor showed up to say Farewell to me.

There is a great management team here. Kia, the rental agent is very professional, She is also kind and patient in my experience. Manny and Willie are also very professional and there to respond to the tenants needs as well as snow and ice removal .

Living at Southbrook Gardens was easily the best apartment complex experience that I’ve ever had. I cannot express enough gratitude to Kia and Manny for going far above and beyond the scope of managing the property. From the day I first toured the community to the day I unfortunately had to turn my key in I cannot find a single complaint, any time I had even the most minor inconvenience it was prioritized and handled immediately. If it hadn’t been for my job relocating I would have been happy at Southbrook until I was in position to buy my own home.
