I move in three months ago nice area you have your own parking space when it snows they plow it out the way no one bothers you so far everyone has been nice I just had a problem in my kitchen but I called it in they sent the Super over his name is Leo what a great guy very friendly he even cleaned up after himself moped the area he was working on I have no complaints at all thank you B10

I've been living at Stiles Arms almost 3 years now. And I must say this is a very peaceful and quiet building and always kept clean. Everyone is friendly and helps each other. Good to have a community like this. Brandy has been very helpful to me and they have an excellent maintenance team. Ivan and Gilberto do a really good job. He came to fix my bathroom sink and put everything back after job was completely. The team is such a pleasure to have here.

Leo the super is so awesome. When you need him he is right there. He does an amazing job. He is very friendly and just a good person. The best super ever.. I would give Leo a hundred stars if i could. That's how good he is. Love my studio apartment. Very quiet and friendly building. Finally found my home.
