When I visited in person, it looked exactly like the pictures, which made me even more confident in my decision. I lived at Sunnyfield Gardens for 20 years before all the updates! I lived in a 2 bdrm with my son for 5 years then moved to a one bdm until 2019. I loved it there. I moved because I got married and we need more space. I am amazed to see all the updates. The only thing that could make the update perfect is a back door and a washer and dryer in the unit. I would move back. Hopefully they have the same maintenance team. Jimmy and his team was excellent and kept the grounds beautiful, snow removal was excellent and if I called, they were there to fix whatever the problem was.
