Fallbrook Flats is a wonderful place to live! The apartments are beautiful and just what we were looking for when we moved to York. The manager, Angel, is also phenomenal. She consistently goes above and beyond. She always answers our questions and handles any issue we have promptly and professionally! She even helps check in on our cat when we are out of town. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live, or a better manager than Angel!!

I recently moved into Bloomfield Manor on 8/1/2023. Given that I have lived here only a few days, I cannot give a comprehensive review of the complex. However, I will highlight several of the positive experiences I’ve had thus far, and update this review at a later date. Here are a few of the positive experiences: 1. My unit was newly remodeled upon move-in (e.g., new toilet and poly finished hardwood floors). 2. The property manager, Erin, facilitated a smooth process for completing and submitting necessary move-in documents.
