5 star service 5 star living! My partner and I visited Rosera last week after a bit of hesitation because we knew we would fall in love with the place. We went to look around, wow! We were blown away by the design, it’s definitely eye candy but mostly by the service we were met with. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Suley and we felt so welcome by her! After seeing a few units we weren’t too in love with, she worked hard to find something we both loved and could compromise on. My partner prefers a busier view, I would have preferred the rose garden view.

We enjoyed our three years living at West Park Manor. The staff was consistently friendly and prompt, and we really appreciated the new additions like the updated laundry facilities and the playground – they definitely enhanced the community. Maintenance was also always responsive and friendly whenever needed. Ultimately, a combination of significant rent increases and our need for more living space led to our decision to move.

Rosa in the leasing office is so nice to work with. She explained every step and was able to show various units to suit the budget. The unit chosen was recently renovated with a sparkling kitchen and bath, and the building’s new laundry even has machines that link to your phone so no time wasted waiting for the dryer.
