Ive lived here for years now and I love it. This year has been really difficult emotionally and financially and management here has been so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. I couldn’t be more thankful to have support from this community. They make it so much more than just living here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and anytime I’ve EVER needed anything, they have been so helpful. If you’re looking for your next home base, definitely check out this community. Notable mentions; Lisa is the BEST! & Tony is hilarious. Great people. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you.

I have been living in this complex over 10 years and my experience has been great so far! I haven’t encountered any major issues with my apartment and management has been very helpful! The super for my complex ( Kyle) has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues that come up in my apartment. Every time I request his assistance to help, he doesn’t hesitate to offer the solution and provide a date and time to come in to fix it. I give him a lot of credits for taking care of our complex! Thank you so much Kyle!

Located in a nice area, close to the local mosque of East Brunswick, the leasing office was very professional and helpful with the move-in process, no issues from the landlord, the area is quiet, no serious issues found inside the unit, all minor issues were promptly addressed by management, the neighbors are friendly, and more! Very satisfied with my stay so far!

Rosa in the leasing office is so nice to work with. She explained every step and was able to show various units to suit the budget. The unit chosen was recently renovated with a sparkling kitchen and bath, and the building’s new laundry even has machines that link to your phone so no time wasted waiting for the dryer. This is a great value and excellent service. Thank you, Rosa!

Professional! Rosa makes the process easy, and supports the move with accommodations! Very responsive and gets things done fast and on-time! Highly recommend working with her in any of the properties managed by her. Apartment was spotless and felt fresh when we moved in!
