Princeton Court Apartment complex in Frederick, MD is a very quite neighborhood and very safe for college students, family, and military. The apartment complex manager, Ms. Rachel Ramsey was very helpful and very accommodating when I was in need of a studio apartment! The maintenance supervisor and maintenance personnel were very helpful and their response time to your maintenance request is the best! The rent is very reasonable in price! I had a great stay because of the proximity to businesses and to my workplace. I will definitely recommend it to other folks.

I've lived at Princeton Court twice, once in an efficiency for a year, and once in a one-bedroom for 3 1/2 years. Both times have been excellent. I've always felt safe and secure there, with management being very in tune and in touch with all the tenants. Rachel and George (manager and maintenance, respectively) are always kind, helpful, and attentive. Any maintenance issues I ever had were taken care of immediately, even after hours once for an emergency.

Beautiful Apartments! These are beautiful, up-to-date apartments, in a safe area. Shopping is close-by (as well as USPS & Starbucks!), and the grounds are well maintained. Jessica was very welcoming and professional, and I am thankful that she saw me on short notice. The rental application process was not long at all, and I enjoyed the warm welcome and modernized interior of the building. I would certainly recommend these apartments to family and friends.

great place to live i have been living here for 2 years now and i love the neighborhood. very close to everything. couple of downsides: walking distance to get your mail and do your laundry (but you'll get used to it), and unassigned parking space (other neighbors are so inconsiderate occupying the parking spot in front of your apartment despite the fact they live in farther most unit, and the visitors especially during the weekends are also inconsiderate occupying these spots.

They look a little rough from the outside, but it was one of the best places I lived in Frederick. Great neighbors, decent living accommodations especially for the price, and outstanding maintenance management. Junior and George are like the big brothers who know how a thousand ways to fix everything in your place, they do so with a smile, and they look out for you like you're family.

I lived here for 6 months during a transition period and had the absolute best experience. The neighborhood is quiet, made great friends, and Junior and George immediately took care of a garbage disposal issue i had. I really liked that I was able to cut my lease short for a fee because I wasn't sure how long I would be there. They allowed my dog which is huge for me!

This place has the best staff EvEr. Ive met some neighbors. This management is the absolute best. People would definitely move if the manager or those who quickly respond to come and do repairs ever left. I know I would. People who are complainers may complain here but it would be because they have a problem. Everyone wants to move here to. Please give raises to this staff so they never leave us. Thank you

Recently I had the opportunity to meet the new property manager. I was quite impressed considering the last one we had (I had no use for her at all and was glad to see her replaced). She was quite friendly and pleasant and more than willing to answer a few questions I had. It was nice dealing with her, unlike the last one who was here. I'd also like to add that the improvements (new roofs, gutters) were welcome. I've lived here for 15 years and have always had great service from the maintenance personnel (George and Junior).
