I live at PRINCETON COURT APARTMENTS, I really like this community, it is quiet and very safe. I moved in October 2021. The Leasing Agent Rachel is GREAT! I am 74, I hope to spend the balance of my days here.

Princeton Court Apartment complex in Frederick, MD is a very quite neighborhood and very safe for college students, family, and military. The apartment complex manager, Ms. Rachel Ramsey was very helpful and very accommodating when I was in need of a studio apartment! The maintenance supervisor and maintenance personnel were very helpful and their response time to your maintenance request is the best! The rent is very reasonable in price! I had a great stay because of the proximity to businesses and to my workplace. I will definitely recommend it to other folks.

I've lived at Princeton Court twice, once in an efficiency for a year, and once in a one-bedroom for 3 1/2 years. Both times have been excellent. I've always felt safe and secure there, with management being very in tune and in touch with all the tenants. Rachel and George (manager and maintenance, respectively) are always kind, helpful, and attentive. Any maintenance issues I ever had were taken care of immediately, even after hours once for an emergency.

Beautiful Apartments! These are beautiful, up-to-date apartments, in a safe area. Shopping is close-by (as well as USPS & Starbucks!), and the grounds are well maintained. Jessica was very welcoming and professional, and I am thankful that she saw me on short notice. The rental application process was not long at all, and I enjoyed the warm welcome and modernized interior of the building. I would certainly recommend these apartments to family and friends.
