The rent is due on the 1st of the month. Any rent received after 4:00 PM on the 5th is charged a late fee.

The lease term is 12 months. After the first renewal or first year, tenants may renew for 12 months or go Month-To-Month at an additional fee.

It is $40/month per vehicle. We offer unreserved parking spots on a first come, first serve basis.

We have Verizon Fios, Xfinity/Comcast, and Optimum.
