I’ve been living at Fairway Gardens for a month now and love the quiet tranquil setting of the complex. The complex is located on the main road of Broad Street in a cozy secluded spot surrounded by a golf course. The area is not only quiet and peaceful but the neighbors are friendly and hospitable. When moving in some neighbors even offered to help my roommate and I move in large furniture and ever since everyone here has been nothing but kind. The apartment was nicely renovated before we moved in and the rooms are spacious clean and the apartment itself feels well cared for.

Hellen helped me in my time of need to find a place to stay. I was down on my luck but she was optimistic and guided me through the whole process. She went above and beyond for and showed that she cared. Not only is she attentive, but shes easy on the eyes and well spoken. I’m grateful that such an amazing person works for Fairway Gardens.

Monica, the leasing agent help process my application in one day. She follows up on every call. She forwards information and responds. Probably she even gets up early to meet you to give you your keys. She is a number one professional leasing agent with a personality bigger than the sun.

We lived in Fairway gardens for over 8 yrs. Our moving out experience was really smooth and professional. Rosa was over the top following with us and making sure every detail was taken care of in terms of apartment fixing, communicating. She was very professional with any issue that we had to resolve. We haven’t moved in (yet) however received a tour today from Rosa who was absolutely amazing. Not only would she quickly reply via email but was able to quickly reschedule a tour I had previously cancelled. When you confirm a tour, a courtesy reminder is sent to you via text which is also nice and professional. When we arrived, she was waiting outside, very professional with a welcome folder. She showed us the apartment which was newly renovated with nice paint and appliances. She also showed us the grounds, which were beautifully maintained.

Don’t even try I called to set up an appointment to see a studio, they did not answer the phones after 5x I decided to physically go there, the guy Nick said that because of the “fair housing act” doesn’t allow two people to live together in one, so me and my fiancé couldn’t get a studio, anyone who sells any sort of housing knows the fair housing act has nothing to do with occupancy but that you can’t discriminate towards your buyers. After some discussion we set up an appointment on a Sunday to see the 1 bedroom and none of our calls are answered.
