staff is awesome and the maintenance techs are great. Everyone works together and provides great customer service. The maintenance tech did a very thorough job and cleaned up after he was done. The new faucet in my bathroom is working great. thank you to everyone!

Margie was super helpful in the moving process. The Forest Hill Apartment campus is sprawling and beautifully upkept. My apartment was clean upon move in with brand new appliances and recently renovated. I am a student and will be happy living here throughout my time in school.

This apartment complex does not have central air. Parking is an additional expense and the rent is not cheap. Only one bus services the location, and it's less than ideal on the weekends. However, for the most part, Forest Hill Properties is a decent place to live.

Maggie was so patient and amazing with me! I have been eyeing this spot for over a year and I finally moved from NY to NJ. She was communicative and answered all my questions. She is very welcoming and helpful. I have been here for a couple of days and so far everything seems to be running smooth. Even maintenance crew were very welcoming and helpful. Area is nice quiet the neighbors are okay the staff is acceptable but communication is key. Besides natural stuff like animals, parking can be a pain to find especially towards the end the night. Parking should be set up better and lined up for proper parking space

The apartment is nice so far. The leasing agents, especially Tabitha Smith, was very helpful and made the apartment transition easy for me. I really like the apartment interior and the neighborhood. Overall, it's a great community so far.

I recently moved into this apartment community, and the entire leasing experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff made the process incredibly easy and stress-free?they were professional, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. One thing I really appreciated was how accurate the 3D tour was. What I saw online was exactly what I got in real life, which made moving in feel even more reassuring and seamless. There were no surprises?just a smooth transition into a place that met my expectations perfectly.

This is by far the best experience of all my rental life of course no service is perfect but this management provides the best service possible for the tenants to be happy. Prompt response to maintenance requests etc.

The washers have been replaced with new models. No need for the card anymore when it comes to doing laundry. I'm glad for the fact that they finally made the change. It was a long time coming, but it was worth it.

Good and safe community. The apartment was well maintained and clean when I moved in. The property and grounds are well kept. You can tell that the team cares about the community and does a lot to keep it safe, clean, and a good place to live.
