Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Tenants have until the 5th to avoid late fees. Late fees are 5%.

We offer 12 month leases. Month to month is offered to tenants who have been with us for over a year.

Every apartment comes with a garage and a garage charge of $50. There is also on-the-street parking on a first come first serve basis.

We offer Verizon and Xfinity.
