The rent is due on the first of the month and a 5% late fee is added after the fifth.

We offer 12 months lease terms. Upon renewal, tenants may go month-to-month with a $200 fee.

We have unassigned parking. One car per apartment is allowed, with a parking permit tag.

The provider that is available is Comcast.

Rent includes heat, cooking gas, & trash removal.
