I have been living in this complex over 10 years and my experience has been great so far! I haven't encountered any major issues with my apartment and management has been very helpful! The super for my complex ( Kyle) has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues that come up in my apartment. Every time I request his assistance to help, he doesn't hesitate to offer the solution and provide a date and time to come in to fix it. I give him a lot of credits for taking care of our complex! In general, Royal Gardens is a great place to live! But I am writing to emphasize the reliability of Kyle, the community’s Super. His ability to maintain a true “whistle-while-you-work” demeanor is admirable. Each time we’ve needed his assistance, it’s felt like we were his only job for the day, and the quality of his work is second to none.

My dad lived there about 1970. There was a drive in movie across the street, a couple horses and a pool. I have great memories of it. Glad its still there

Kyle at Royal Gardens has been extremely helpful in getting myself situated in my new unit. He’s been so quick to resolve any and all of my maintenance requests! His work has been greatly appreciated :)

I lived in a one bedroom first floor apartment in 1971. It was and still is the best living space I ever lived! I remember a swimming pool. The landlords were like family. I guess they have passed.
