His ability to maintain a true “whistle-while-you-work” demeanor is admirable. Each time we’ve needed his assistance, it’s felt like we were his only job for the day, and the quality of his work is second to none.

I have been living in this complex over 4 years and my experience has been great so far! I haven't encountered any major issues with my apartment and management has been very helpful! The super for my complex ( Kyle) has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues that come up in my apartment. Every time I request his assistance to help, he doesn't hesitate to offer the solution and provide a date and time to come in to fix it. I give him a lot of credits for taking care of our complex! Absolutely LOVE this property This is my first apartment after moving out from my parents, and the moment i came to see it, i fell in love with it. It is extremely spacious, close to all major highways and all the stores are so close by! Not only that, the maintenance is top notch. Kamil is an excellent superintendent who goes above and beyond to make sure your needs and requests are met, and they’re done in a timely manner. His wife, Julia, is also awesome since she’s always reachable and when you leave a message, she always makes sure to respond back to you.
