• Maximum 2 pets per apartment
• Small dogs and cats under 30lbs welcome
• $250 one time non-refundable pet fee per pet
• $35 monthly rent per dog
• $25 monthly rent per cat
• The following dog breeds are not allowed:
  Dalmation, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Mastiff, American Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Boxer, Malamute, Great Dane, American Staffordshire, Doberman, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, St. Bernard, Bull Staffordshire, German Sheperd, Presa Canario, Akita, American Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Siberian Husky, Chow Chow, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Ken, Bloodhound
