The last two years have been a pleasure being a tenant with staff who actually take care of you. Kia from day one was helpful beyond the stars. She always greets you with a smile (on or off the phone), takes any problem serious (minor or major) and makes sure it gets done immediately. Thank you so much! Southbrook Gardens Apartments and I will miss the property manager Kia and her staff. You guys consistently provide prompt maintenance services in my apartment. I always receive immediate responses. I have lived in this apartment since 2015, but I have to leave because my family has grown, and I can no longer stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, very safe, and has a clean, central air system, and the service is worth your money. The residents are incredibly welcoming. I was surprised when my neighbor showed up to say Farewell to me.

There is a great management team here. Kia, the rental agent is very professional, She is also kind and patient in my experience. Manny and Willie are also very professional and there to respond to the tenants needs as well as snow and ice removal .

Living at Southbrook Gardens was easily the best apartment complex experience that I’ve ever had. I cannot express enough gratitude to Kia and Manny for going far above and beyond the scope of managing the property. From the day I first toured the community to the day I unfortunately had to turn my key in I cannot find a single complaint, any time I had even the most minor inconvenience it was prioritized and handled immediately. If it hadn’t been for my job relocating I would have been happy at Southbrook until I was in position to buy my own home.

Visited my daughter. Area is quiet and the grounds are kept nice. My daughter likes it there even though she is upstairs with two kids.

First thing’s first! Kia is very professional, over the phone and in person. The apartments are very spacious, and the hardwood floors are beautiful. Plenty of closet space, the kitchen is huge. All the bells and whistles one could ask for. Thank you kia for all that you have done, and will continue to do!
