The Snr Property Manager at Pleasant View Sara and the Maintenance team were very responsive in solving my appliance issue. To be honest after submitting my ticket I had prepared myself mentally for a back and forth based on experience with other apartments in the past but this was surprisingly different. There was a fork lift outside with the new appliance and the swap out was done quickly. In my line of work as a Program Manager, a plus 1 customer experience is paramount and I was glad to be on the receiving end of such treatment. Hats off to the Pleasant View team. Much Appreciated!

I visited a lot of apartment complex’s trying to find the right fit for me, Forest Hill was an immediate love at first sight. The community is fantastic Margie and Stacy are very helpful and accommodating! 5 stars alone just for them ! The apartments are clean and kept up to date. I have no complaints! I got a junior 1 bedroom I do wish I could go bigger ! The 2 bedroom apartments are absolutely beautiful! But out of my price range at the moment ! But will hopefully move into one as the year passes. Forest Hill Apartments does not disappoint
