I was kind of skeptical to live in an apartment after being a homeowner. But honestly this was the best decision I could have made. Erin was so understanding and validated all of my concerns. She put me at ease and made saying yes easy! I've been here for 8 months and Joe the super is honestly the best! He looks out for me as i'm sure he does for everyone. Anything you need he's on it. Don’t even try I called to set up an appointment to see a studio, they did not answer the phones after 5x I decided to physically go there, the guy Nick said that because of the “fair housing act” doesn’t allow two people to live together in one, so me and my fiancé couldn’t get a studio, anyone who sells any sort of housing knows the fair housing act has nothing to do with occupancy but that you can’t discriminate towards your buyers. After some discussion we set up an appointment on a Sunday to see the 1 bedroom and none of our calls are answered.
