Nice quiet place and well maintained. Maintenance people come quickly and are efficient and nice and kind. The administration and maintenance is courteous and kind and very responsive. Very nice place to live.

The grounds are kept very neat and grass is mowed regularly. Repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Everyone is polite. Snow removal could be better. We had a lot of snow last year and maintenance didn't keep up with the snow as it was accumulating.
