Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A late charge of 5% will be applied after the 5th of the month.

We offer 12 months lease terms.

Tenants are offered one assigned parking space.

Comcast. Tenants are responsible for service.

Rent includes heat, water, and cooking gas.
