Montclair Arms location is perfect for me, I don’t own a car so it’s very convenient that everything is nearby. I can take the train to NYC when i need to. I also like the fact that I can communicate with the property manager through text, Hellen is great. I recommend living here 100%

My apartment has many elegant features: large rooms that flow from one to the other, French doors, high coffered ceilings! Plus, my leasing agent Olivia Pol found a perfect solution for getting me into the apartment in the timeframe that I needed to be.

Montclair Arms is a great property. Great location and spacious, quick commute to work and close to my son school. Property manager Hellen R. Is sensational and highly professional. She was very attentive and patient answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She goes above and beyond to take care of all of my issues as a tenant. I appreciate her and all the she does to make me feel right at home. Thank you so much

Great building close to the Walnut Street train station with spacious apartments. I lived there for 6 years and highly recommend. The property manager Hellen Rosario was super helpful as well.

I have lived in Montclair Arms for over four years and truly enjoyed my experience. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. My neighbors are great and the Property Manager, Hellen Rosario, has been absolutely wonderful, kind, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout my time here. Centrally located, it is a fantastic place to call home in Montclair.

This place is beautiful!! I have lived here for over a year,and the maintenance is excellent! Our super David is so kind! I can’t wait to spend even more time living here! The neighbors are very friendly, kind and considerate! I am proud to say this place is great!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a rental. Erin held my hand throughout the rental process and was extremely communicative and supportive every step of the way. Move-in day was a breeze and Erin and the rest of the crew made sure everything was set including when I had a challenge with Verizon which they efficiently solved. The building is well-maintained, David the super has been great so far, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to rent here.

I have lived here for over 5 years, under a prior firm that did little but bare bones service/maintenance . Since the building's recent acquisition by JCM, marked improvement. Erin-part of the management team, has been highly responsive to questions/issues that have periodically arisen during her tenure, managing the property. Overall maintenance level of the building , has vastly improved under Erin's helm. Great place to live....
