Application process was quick an easy thanks to Rosa, and the Apartment itself is in a great location and good condition. Restaurants/bars and the local train station are close (~5 min walk) but far away enough that there's not a lot of foot traffic and noise. Great prices for spacious units.

The super of the building Elton is absolutely wonderful. There isn't much of a wait time with things and he is always pleasant. Rosa is also wonderful. Any requests are handled in a timely manner and addressed promptly.

I moved here in the spring of 2022, and I've never had such a wonderful experience both with the management and apartment living space! Rosa and Elton are always so responsive to any questions or requests I might have. The apartments are so beautiful and have a spacious balcony to top it off! Such an amazing place to live and to have such wonderful management to have as support!

I moved in recently and the whole process was really smooth. Rosa and Elton were very helpful and nice to work with. The apartment is spacious and I love our balcony. The highway is close by though so it is a little loud if windows are open. There is no in unit laundry but the laundry room and the machines are all kept clean and function well. I had a couple of electrical issues but management was very proactive and we had it sorted quickly. Overall great location - very walkable to the downtown area and also right off the 287 highway.

Greta place to stay. The office manager, Beatrice, is wonderful and easy to work with. She made moving into our new home smooth and easy! A lot of people in this building I am close with have said the same thing! If you need somewhere to live, I would recommend calling/talking to B at The Carlton!

Nothing gets fixed here in a reasonable amount of time. Everything took 3-4 weeks. Leaks everywhere. I felt swindled by the leasing agent as well because the the advertised square footage is wrong on the website.

I just recently moved into this building and I have no bad words to say about it. The experience moving in was amazing, Beatrice and Elton helped me every step of the way and made it extremely easy. The shared areas and my apartment itself are beautiful. I highly recommend!

Best price / quality in the area

Great Location Location is great. Kitchens and bathrooms need updating, but not in the plans. Patio doors don't work, Tenants considerate. Super doesn't do much. Pricey for what you get other than location.

place is so nice. so clean, close to down. new supt. is awesome. they are renovating hallyways now so that is only downside but they are putting millions in the pace so its going to look great when its down. def recommend place

I've been there for about 5 years. Apartments are well maintained inside and out and current super is great (it's been a few years since Ray was there)! Apartments are more than spacious, closets huge and floors are amazing. Adequate storage inside the apartment. General noise level is good but with any apartment building there will be those rare occasions where you will hear TV, music or heavy foot traffic/noise. Tennents are super sweet and of varied age. Only negatives I give this place are the elevators & laundry facilities. The elevators can be scary as they frequently get stuck.
