We’re happy to welcome one pet per apartment home. Dogs are welcome under 40 pounds, though some breed restrictions apply, so give the office a call and we’ll let you know if your dog is a fit. Pets require a one-time non-refundable deposit of $300, with monthly pet rent of $50 for dogs and $25 for cats.

Livingston Terrace is conveniently located near public transportation, schools, major highways, and shopping…all designed to make your everyday life as comfortable and convenient as possible. We have beautiful apartments with many extra amenities as well.
