When is my rent payment due?

Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month.  A $50 Late Charge will apply after the 5th of the month.

Do you allow pets?

We are sorry, but we do not allow any pets.
*Special Needs pets are excluded from the Pet Policy.

How long is the term of the lease?

We offer 12 – 18 month leases for new residents. We offer 12 month leases upon renewal.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

After your first 12 month lease you can remain in your apartment on a month-to-month lease. You will be charged a $100.00 month-to-month fee in addition to your rent and any increase in rent which may have occurred during your lease term.

What utilities are included in my lease?

Heat and Hot Water, Cooking Gas, Cold Water, Sewer and Trash Removal are all included in your rent.

Do you have reserved parking?

We do not have reserved parking and operate on a first come / first serve basis. All residents must have a Parking Permit. Please call the office for more details.

Do you have cable services?

Our community is serviced by FIOS and Comcast.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Regular maintenance requests can be called into the office during normal business hours or submitted online. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, please call the emergency number (732) 324-6518.
