I’m a new tenant here at Harbor Terrace. In the three months of living at Harbor Terrace I've experienced a couple of small maintenance and noise disturbance issues with my unit. Nonetheless, it wasn’t anything that the maintenance crew or the management team couldn’t resolve in a timely manner. The complex is old, but is well maintained with the continuous efforts of all the staff here at Harbor Terrace. All the staff members are courteous and professional. I’ve had great experience with both the management and maintenance team.

I was told 2bdrm 2bath was $2264 then turned around applied to only be denied because the rent raised to $2884. In a matter of 3 days. Which could’ve been established from the beginning, Brielle didn’t know how to assist me fast and accurately. Paola was nice in the email but only reached out to let me know that I wasn’t approved after my application for a rate of $2884, which i could’ve told her that was out of my budget! They did not honor the amount Brielle wrote on my packet for $2264.
