Lucas and his team worked relentlessly throughout the night, providing us with incredible help to remove the water from our basement. They also cleared the clogged drains. Lived here for 2 years overall had a good experience, maintenance was 10/10 I would submit a request and in 30 minutes maintenance was at my door. The leasing staff was always there to assist when needed and they would always do resident events(bbq) The amenities were great. And the courtyards were always cleaned and taken care of. The cons: you were able to hear your downstairs neighbor all the time. It was really bad. Overall had a good experience, I recommend moving into a renovated unit*
