So far, everyone in the community has been very sweet! The staff is always very nice and easy to talk to. I had asked if they would add a piece of equipment to the gym and they had it a day later! They really listen and take in what you are asking for.

Parking is excellent. The apartment is old but well maintained. The gym is also very good. They have community events but these happen when we are at work so networking is poor. The grounds are well maintained but service charge (water and sewer) is more expensive than my energy bill which is unexplainable.

I've had a positive experience! It feels safe and calm, the apartment is nice and was clean when I moved in, and maintenance is always extremely prompt in addressing any requests. It is a pet-friendly community, and there are lots of pups throughout!

Pleasant View Gardens has been a wonderful place to live! The community is clean and safe. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been fixed properly very quickly. My only complaint is the floors are a bit loud (you can hear your neighbors walk sometimes) but given the wood floors, it is to be expected.
