Great space for the price! Moved here as my first apartment and couldn't be happier with the location, space, and community. Staff is kind and helpful and the amenities are a major plus. Love seeing all the pets around as well!

I have had a good experience living in this community. The property is well maintained, the neighborhood is convenient, and I appreciate the efforts of the management and maintenance staff. Whenever I have had a question or concern, the staff has been helpful and professional. Overall, I feel comfortable living here and appreciate having a pleasant place to call home.

A great safe place to live! The pool and amenities are fantastic. Any maintenance concerns are always addressed quickly and courteously. Parking is a little tight, especially if you get home after 9:00.

I placed a maintenance order few days ago for a kitchen faucet leak, the maintenance staff known as Carlos Torres come to fix the leak. I must say, he was very professional, understanding and friendly easy to talk to. After he was done he clean up and told me if any other problem to let the office know. Immediately. Great place to live! Any time I have requested repairs they always come right away. The work is taken care of quickly and it has been done correct the first time. Pool is beautiful. I would recommend moving here to anyone!

Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond.. Amenities are fanrastic, especially the pool and the gym faciliry. Lanscapibg and snow removal in winter are very reliable. Haved lived here since 2018!
