Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, this complex is above average. During the winter inclement weather, maintenance and contractors were out clearing snow and ice in a manner that I believe is above and beyond what should be expected from local property maintenance.

I love being here. I recommended this to my friends. The maintenance guy is so nice and is easy to talk to. The community is quiet and kids friendly. The location is close to shops and recreational activities.

The community is very clean and well kept. The families are friendly and helpful as needed. The community look out for each other. Everyone respects each other. The laundry is convenient. I enjoy the community events.

I recently stopped in to get information on the property and to see what the area was like. Looking for an apartment in the area is difficult as there are many options. Jennifer was very patient in helping me understand information on the property and the area. Out of all of the complexes I visited this week I will be scheduling a tour at two of them, and pleasant View Gardens will be on of them! It was a very nice experience dealing with her, she was very helpful and understanding with me.

Life at Pleasant View is great. The community is clean and the staff is great! Jennifer is always so friendly and helpful when I stop in to get a coffee, I enjoy our chats! Staff like her is part of the reason why I like it here.
