Kingston Terrace is it well run complex, many recent upgrades. Just by walking through you can tell that Josh and the maintenance team care about the details in a friendly efficient way. Brand new HVAC heat pumps recently installed in all of the apartments too.

She always makes sure to address our problems as quickly as possible.
