loved my experience getting set up at Kingston. More to come as I settle in but I love the staff and Rae in the leasing office has been so kind and accommodating with my visits and rental process. Excited to join this community !

I've been living in Kingston Terrace for around 8 years it's one of the most nice and safest places to live if I ever need anything regarding with maintenance inside everything is good Jonathan the maintenance and handyman guy is a great person he does all the things I asked for correctly and as soon as possible he's a very honest and nice man he takes his job seriously

I have lived at Kingston Terrace for many years through many property managers and Jonathan is by far the most capable, responsive, skilled and pleasant to work with. Living here is all the more enjoyable knowing Jonathan is on board.

I stayed at this property for a year and had an incredible experience with the management team. Every concern or request was handled with a high level of care and attention. The property is very well-maintained, thanks to the amazing maintenance Jonathan—always ready to help with a great attitude and attention to detail. A special thank you to Josh for making my stay so smooth and comfortable throughout the entire year. I’ll truly miss the peace and quiet I found at Kingston Terrace.
