Have been here for three years now. Good apartments and great staff. Jonathan, the head of maintenance, is always very quick to respond, knows his stuff, and is all around super helpful.

Johnathan is the head of maintenance here at Kingston Terrace and I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and diligence. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. This place wouldn’t be the same without him.

Jonathan has been so kind, patient, and helpful any time there has been a building maintenance issue. Last month he did extensive work on the showers in our apartment and was a pleasure to work with all throughout the experience.

Just a note of Thanx from a 25 year resident. Ive' seen alot of growth and change take place. Nothing like the upgrades and care since JCM took the wheel. Service is Priority 1. When service is requested, rest assure, it will be granted immediately and professionally. Building Superintendant Johnathan cares as much about you, as the job at hand. Thats Peace of Mind.

10/10 would recommend There was flooding in my apartment, which was very stressful. We contacted maintenance to report the issue. They were highly responsive and had resolved the problem by the time we got home from work. When we arrived home later that day, we anticipated a mess, but the apartment smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. The maintenance team went the extra mile to wash and fold the soaked mats and returned them to our apartment. This was an extremely stressful event early in the morning. However, the staff was very kind and helped make the experience less stressful.
