Existing Resident at Rahway To whom it may concern: Too often persons write to complain about the negatives and not very often the positives Especially, when it comes to someone character or behavior. I have been a resident at Riverplace at Rahway for 12 years. And in those 12 years, I have seen five assistant property managers that came and left. I was about to give up hope, seeing the Door to the property manager office being open again, and the position being filled with someone that possess the character, personality and professionalism. Until Maddie stepped through the doors.

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now, and I’m really happy with the apartment. The location is super convenient, and the space is perfect for my needs. The appliances are modern, and I love having an in-unit washer/dryer. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place is amazing going into my 4th year, and upgrading to a bigger unit.

Lived here since July 2023. Absolutely love it. Friendly, helpful staff. Prompt - almost immediate - response to any issues that arise. Fun, sponsored events. Friendly, respectful neighbors. A real community.

River Place is a great place to live. It is clean, quiet, and within walking distance of an eclectic mix of restaurants and the library in downtown Rahway. Best of all it is just a five minute stroll to the train station, providing easy access to NYC and to the Shore. We relocated to the East Coast from half-way across the country and both office and maintenance staff were extremely helpful in the process. Garage parking is available with easy access. Highly recommended.

I've spent the last 3 years residing at Riverplace at Rahway. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience living here. Bridgit, Miguel, and Marvin make sure tenants are taken care of by promptly responding to maintenance concerns, keeping the property in great condition, and offering responsive and polite interactions. They also work hard to foster a sense of community through events like movie nights, barbecues, and breakfast-on-the-go mornings. Just yesterday, in honor of National Oreo Day, each tenant had a goodie bag full of Oreos waiting at their door.

I had a great experience moving into my 1 bedroom apartment at River Place in Rahway. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. The process of getting approved and signing the lease was quick and easy.

I've been touring different apartment complexes in the Rahway area recently and had an amazing experience touring River Place! The staff were super kind and knowledgeable, and it has reinforced my desire to relocate to the Rahway area. I had heard from another resident that River Place recently changed management and that it's been a much needed/positive change, and I'm excited about the opportunity to potentially move in soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at River Place and happily give it a good review. The maintenance team is exceptional; they respond quickly to any issues and keep the property in a nice condition. The management team is equally impressive, always friendly and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location is perfect, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and transportation. If you're looking for a top-notch living experience, River Place in is the place to be!
