Miguel and Marvin (maintenance/repair staff) are the best. Always professional and prompt with repairs. I am very thankful because they are great at their jobs and they do what they say when they say they will do it, all with a spirit of excellence. I recently needed some repairs in my kitchen and appreciate the prompt service, repair and clean-up. This has been my experience whenever I put in a work order. The wait time is reasonable and has always surpassed my expectations with little if any delay.

I was having a hard time finding an apartment in the area and after a dare search on Google, I was happy when Julissa called me back and from there it was inviting and welcoming that I thought, “too good to be true.” But it wasn’t. The apartment is warm and cozy. Your packages are handle with great ease, maintenance shows up within a timely manner, friendly neighbors, and the ease of feeling secured walking through the community. One little caveat, closet space but that’s ok when there’s so many other things about Waters Edge that is comforting and peaceful.

The administration is good , very quick response if anything, the súper the same way , they fix anything right away … We just have a completely new laundry room. And will have new toilets too. The carpet still really bad in some areas and the main elevator is not really good. Other than that they are working now to make a good improvement in this building.
