Hillside Village offers 12 month leases. No month to month options are available.

Rent is due on the first. You can pay rent online (see our residents page). A late fee will be charged if unpaid after the 5th of the month.

Hillside Village has off street parking available as well as ample street parking. Garages are available for $150 a month. Select apartments have assigned spots which are included in the rent.
