I moved in this property this April. This community is brilliant. Staffs are very helpful, neighbors are really kind, and the atmosphere is so good. I recommend future renters to live in this property.

Well maintained building. Quiet and peaceful environment. They have good and trustworthy maintenance who truly cares. They are very hard workers. Any problem are addressed right away. I wish that they have gym in our area. Thanks

Requested tour, got called same day. Applied, got a response the next day. Iris is also very helpful and responsive with every step after being approved.

Leasing staff is great and maintenance staff is always there to help. They were very prompt when helping with my concerns. The community is wonderful. Very quiet and neighbors are so nice. I like it here!

I would like to give a big shout out to Martin from the maintenance team. He is always willing to go above and beyond to get to work done even if he has to stay after hours. there is a sewer smell in my apartment due to accumulated water in the basement. I called Martin after his working hours and he didn’t hesitate to come check it out.

Iris was absolutely amazing throughout the entire apartment process. She was very helpful from start to finish and made everything feel smooth. She answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, and I always felt supported and informed. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and dedication. Decent place to live. Parking is also decent. Maintenance is also acceptable. Management is mostly responsive and knowledgeable. Upkeep of the property is handled by an outside contractor who is on point.

Marvin is the best!! Hands down the most helpful out of the entire staff. What a great guy

Francisco from maintenance was very prompt and friendly. He quickly addressed the issue is was having with the heat and also repaired one of the doors that was coming off the hinge. I really appreciated his help!
