Concord Apartments is proud to offer pet friendly apartments in South Orange, NJ to accommodate your furry friends. Your pets will love the tranquility of the South Mountain Reservation which is right nearby. 

• Dogs and cats welcome
• All pets may not exceed 50lbs
• $350 one time pet fee
• $60 a month per dog
• $45 a month per cat
• The following dog breeds are not allowed:
  Akita, German Shepherd, Wolf, Boxer, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Presa Canario, Blood Hound, Dalmatian, Rottweiler, American Bulldog, Tosa Inu, Tosa Ken, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Bull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro
