I moved in just before all the snow storms. Shout out to Steve, building maintenance, for keeping up with plowing the lot clean. Also, there were a few minor issues with the unit when I moved in and Steve took care of those, too. Generally, everything has been great. I'm so glad I moved here!

I only been here for about 4 months and so far so good...Our super Steven Anthony has been doing a very good job during last few snow storm...He's very professional & friendly guy and he's always available when you need him...

This is a convenient complex just a walk from the train. Steven Anthony is a great super, always courteous, and has done a tireless great service during multiple snowstorm w the snow or any issue w the apt maintenance that has come up.

She helps out my fiance and daughter when they need her and we don't have to ask. She just does it from the heart. My family loves both Laura and Jorge.

I recently moved in few months ago. I would say Laura was amazing from touring to providing me with proper documents. She is detailed orientated(especially when the apartment was under renovation) very professional, always smiling each time you meet her. She is available to discuss or answer all questions needed. I would recommend this place for various reasons; the cleanliness, friendly environment, its close to downtown.

Laura is a secretary to have, very efficient and pro-active, good communication skill, problem solving and result oriented. Not aggressive, calm and not rude. I can bet many who chose to rent here, did so cause of the first impression Laura gave them. Every company need a front desk customer agent, secretary like laura. She has her A game in relating with people, beautiful aura. The former management I felt related more with tenants, more accessible and human.

My wife and I were determined to leave NYC due to the city becoming more and more unsafe for our children. The decision to move was so abrupt but we knew that we couldn’t continue to raise our small children in such an environment.We’ve made the decision to move to either South Orange or Maplewood. We found The Concord in South Orange and set up a tour immediately.

Been here for 3 years by now, must say that Stephen is awesome, of taking care of the building, he is always here and ready to go, very nice to everyone and willing to help with anything.

This building unlike the company who runs is actually pretty great. The building is managed very well by a couple who live onsite and as expected things are tended to and fixed in a pretty timely fashion. The building isn't new itself but and give upper management a small amount of credit for the care taken in keeping it fairly well modernized. The building offers outdoor parking and garage parking. Four floors of one and two bedroom apartments. The building is very attractive for University students and people who commute to NYC.
