We offer leases for 12 Months

Rent is due on the 1st of the month.  A late fee will be charged after the 5th of the month.

Every rental at Bartlett Landing has a private garage and attached driveway!  Guest parking is available off street.

X-finity

3 Pets allowed per rental.  Max combined weight of 60 lbs or 1 Pet up to 80 lbs.  A one time fee of $250 applies + $25 Monthly fee per pet. See our pet policy page for more information.
