Rent is due on the first of the month. It is officially late on the 5th of the month and a 5% late fee charge is applied.

We offer 12 month lease terms with option for Month to Month once a 12 month lease term has been filled.

We offer assigned parking spaces at $70 a month per space, and assigned garages at $110 a month per garage.
