I have had a wonderful experience at Spring Manor Apartments in Lancaster, PA! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and a great place to call home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the property is kept clean, and there is a real sense of pride in the community. I also appreciate how welcoming and comfortable the atmosphere is for residents.

I like the fact that the management and staff are very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Whenever I have called to request a maintenance issue, they respond very promptly and professionally. The grounds are kept very neat and the pool area is well kept. When it snows, the grounds are maintained in a timely manner. I lived here previously from September 1978 to January 1987, and when I was looking for an apartment after my divorce, this was the first place I thought of because I had worked on the police force in the area and knew it was a well maintained complex.
