A lot renovations going on to better the community. I enjoyed amenities like Picnic area, Laundry room, park, flowers garden and swimming pool gathering.

She solves your problems in a timely manner and really does care about us as tenants! Jack who runs maintenance is very professional and answers calls quickly, as well as he comes and fixes the issue and it stays fixed!! Overall a great experience and we have recommended sweetbriar to multiple friends and family already!

I just moved here 2 months ago and have nothing but good things to say! Quiet area and outside is always kept so nice. Michelle ,the property manager, is awesome and very helpful for whatever you may need. 10/10 recommend living at Sweetbriar!

The manager is very awesome and is always very helpful and very supportive and does everything she can to make our stay here the best and maintenance is always very quick to help and fix things for us. We have been here over 5 years

At Sweetbriar the office team is so very accommodating and the maintenance team is Johnny on the spot to help. They are very prompt with snow removal or any other issues I may have. Their professionalism is unmatched.

I always get a speedy recovery from maintenance as well as an explanation of services. I am very pleased with our new office manager, she is extremely supportive and pleasant on the phone
