Sweetbriar apartments it’s a really good residence to live at. I have no complaints. The maintenance and leasing office is awesome. They answer accordingly and always and I am very appreciative.

Been leaving in here 3 years and had no issues with anything. The apartment complex is in a great location, close to shopping and transportation. The school’s district is also the best one in Lancaster County. The management Michelle is so kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenance Jack is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Keep up the good work and again thanks for everything.

My fiancé and I have lived here for now a year, we just renewed our lease again due to how much we like it here. We now have a baby on the way and we are veryyy excited and thankful, living here provides a pool, playground, and you are also only a short distance away from a lot of stores and areas. Also they are pet friendly!! The property manager Jennifer is absolutely great! Since she became the new property manager there has definitely been a positive impact on sweetbriar! She helps you and she truly cares about you and how you feel about things while living here.

Sweetbriar Apartments is a well taken care of place to live in my opinion. Maintenance is always on point when ever you would need help at any time which is good they are there for the call. The leasing manager, Jennifer is so awesome. The tenants are also friendly, no problems. I love that everyone greets each other when they see each other, which gives me a good heart for Sweetbriar apartments.

Since I moved here back in September the new manager Jennifer has been so kind and helpful to my family. Maintenance has been right at my door soon as I make a request I don’t wait longer than a day. Everything is included which makes sense with how high some places are with no utilities included I get a break from paying different house bills. And again Jennifer is the kindest sympathetic person to my unhealthy situation with my child’s father. I feel safe to call her when I’m in need. Recently moved from the Poconos and they are definitely making my stay peaceful.

It is nice and quite place to live.Vast parking place and nice pool.It will be more better adding 1 bedroom apartments at affordable prices.

Its in a great location 10 mins outside Lancaster city safe and secure neighborhood. I am able to take walks outside in the surrounding neighborhood and feel safe. My biggest issue is a wish it had better parking for the building I live in
