It's been quite positive, despite the rent increases and the loud cars that now terrorize the neighborhood on a regular basis. The location is spectacular. They've been accepting of a variety of living situations as long as the rent keeps coming. The logistics of paying the rent are hassle-free. This is a nice, relatively quiet community with spacious townhome space (2 bdrm moodel). The Bluetooth appliances are a new and nice addition, the new carpets are plush and I enjoy the visuals of the community. It is well kept and lends a more, classy feel.

Prices are inline with the current market. One big plus you don't pay for water there. Also there is a nice walking path within walking distance this has been great when walking my dog.
