JCMLiving is proud to announce that Lynnewood Garden Community in Elkins Park PA has received several awards from the Pennsylvania Apartment Association.

Lynnewood Gardens was given the Platinum Award for “Overall Community Excellence” and the Gold award for “Best of Leasing”. Aprille Cole, a member of the leasing staff was thrilled about the award; “We are truly honored that PAA recognizes Lynnewood Gardens as a great place to live. Our leasing agents aim to go the extra mile”.

This attitude results in satisfied residents and staff alike.

Additionally, they received a silver award for Maintenance. Harvey Fishman, the head of the maintenance department explains the community’s modus operandi. “To us, a service request means that we drop whatever we are in the middle of, and go to assist the resident. The PAA reward really means a lot to the maintenance team.”
