Since acquiring Middletown Trace in 2005, family-owned Jersey Central Management has invested more than $2 million in the 508-unit residential community, set on 50 leafy acres outside Philadelphia.

At the ribbon cutting, Osher Perlow, Director of Property Management for the company’s Eastern Division reflected on the changes. “When we first purchased Middletown Trace in 2005 we had goals to improve the community for our residents. Among major improvements, Perlow listed just a few:

  • Replacing HVAC systems with more energy efficient units
  • A major upgrade of the swimming club & pool
  • Interior renovations including apartment upgrades with new kitchens, appliances and baths
  • Adding a playground
  • Updating the tennis and basketball courts

He added,

“And now we have this classic and contemporary Clubhouse for our residents to enjoy.”
