Leading sponsors holiday activities for the community with hood participation. If there is an issue to be address or work thst needs to be completed there is always a email. Immunization with details. I enjoy living at Rachel Gardrns and plan to continue to do so.

Beautiful development very convenient to all highways. I have been here for 25 years. There has been some downs but mostly ups. Office staff is very pleasant and friendly. They are helpful and if there is an issue they try and get it resolved asap. Maintenance crew are wonderful too. Plan on staying here as long as I can.

I love the neighborhood. Apartments are renovated but AC and Heating units are not setup correctly. All the vents on the 2nd floor not at the correctly installed. Bedrooms have decent size but not enough closet space.
